Develops and maintains business by utilizing marketing and customer service techniques.Your Responsibilities on the TeamCommunicates and coordinates daily responsibilities with the Branch or Escrow ManagerMust be able to accumulate and grow current book of business by working with current and new clientele in a business development or escrow transactional capacityManages the escrow process, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the proper handling of funds and documentsMaintain a strict adherence to all legal requirements and contractual obligationsMaintains and increases the sales volume by selling products and services to professional customersDrives and makes daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customersKeeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volumeContinually assesses competitor actionsAssists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, target identificationContinually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentationsRegularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customerAttend and support social events and participate in local trade associations and civic and professional groupsEnsure all parties meet necessary conditions prior to closingMaintains confidentiality of all proprietary information and escrow transactionsUnderstands and complies with escrow accounting proceduresSolicits business in-person, development functions or activities or virtualKnows Rate Manual and quotes accurate feesRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of Escrow Officer or Business Development experienceMust hold either Utah Escrow or Sales Title license (mandatory)Must be detail oriented and have a keen understanding of complex real estate transactionsMust have excellent communication skillsMust have strong MS Office Suite experience particularly in ExcelMust have a strong understanding of existing and new technologyNotary license is requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation is requiredLennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
