Ecommerce Associate

Job Title: E-commerce Associate at Fit2Run Runner's Superstore. (on-site)

Overview: Fit2Run Runner's Superstore is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Associate to support our rapidly growing online channel. If you're passionate about fitness, technology, marketing and thrive in delivering seamless ecommerce solutions, we want you to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:

• Collaborate closely with our product team to manage the product setup and promotion process on our website.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
• Focus on merchandising product landing pages aligned with sales, rankings, primary colors, and category analysis.

1. Website Content Maintenance:

• Calendarize and manage website content, including brand pages, About Us, store info, and community.
• Work with our marketing team to update our website with new banners, promotions, and product features.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics to extract insights on sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance, guiding strategic merchandising decisions.
• Generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Use data-driven insights to improve our ecommerce operations and drive business growth.

1. Collaboration and Innovation:

• Collaborate on enhancements/UX roadmap to improve the customer experience, working with cross-functional teams to execute.
• Consistently drive innovation and contribute new ideas for process improvement.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to identify trends in the marketplace and think strategically.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize shifting priorities.
• 1 year of ecommerce experience a plus
• Photoshop experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Position is on-site. Local candidates only.
