Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational finance function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with experience leading others.
  • Experience working with reoccurring revenue models
  • Experience partnering with the business and managing an entire P&L
  • International finance experience
  • Strong accounting understanding
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Experience in managing financial systems and implementing process improvements.
