LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly known as Parker + Lynch Legal, is assisting a sophisticated midsized law firm in NYC in its search for a Lending Associate with 2-4 years of experience in commercial lending or other types of finance transactions such as real estate lending, not-for-profit lending or affordable housing. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial loan closings. This firm offers excellent work/life balance, a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of commercial lending experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NY bar
