Job description
· Our client is a leading long only investment firm with over $17bn AUM . They seek to hire a Risk & Performance Attribution Associate to help analyze and manage the exposure and performance of their portfolio. The role is 3 days a week in Greenwich, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
· Risk Analysis: Monitor and analyze the risk profiles of investment portfolios. Develop and maintain risk models to evaluate market, credit, and operational risks.
· Performance Attribution: Perform detailed performance attribution analysis to identify drivers of portfolio performance. Prepare reports that highlight the impact of individual positions, sectors, and macro factors.
· Data Management: Collect, clean, and manage large sets of financial data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy for risk and performance analysis.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years of total work experience
· Proficiency in Factset is necessary
· Strong quantitative skills
· Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution
· Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
· Energetic, self-motivated, self-starter who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment
