Outpatient Physical Therapist- Rolesville Physical Therapy- Full Time

Rolesville Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We are a therapist-owned private practice located in the growing town of Rolesville, NC; a 15 minute commute from N. Raleigh and 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh. We see patients with a wide variety of conditions with a heavy emphasis on orthopedic issues, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation. We strive to maintain a friendly, comfortable, and causal environment and believe in providing all patients with individualized 1:1 treatment each session.

Primary Responsibilities
● Evaluate patients, establish goals, and develop a plan of care to improve physical function
● Provide prescribed physical therapy interventions
● Document accurately and timely using our electronic medical record system
● Properly diagnose conditions and treatments using current CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
● Ability to stand, bend, lift, and provide physical assistance for extended periods of time
● Effectively communicate with staff and patients
● Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
● Provide supervision of physical therapist assistants, aides, and students in accordance with state practice guidelines
* Requirements:
● Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
● Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license
● Experience in the field preferred in outpatient physical therapy or sports medicine setting
● Highly skilled in manual therapy
● Bonus: dry needling certification
● New graduates welcome to apply

● Ability to work as a team and share a caseload with PTAs and other PTs
● Extensive knowledge of functional fitness and sports injuries
● Willing to work with students and open to active coaching and mentorship
● Flexibility to take on multiple responsibilities in the clinic
