As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will primarily conduct patrols by vehicle. You will be part of a team that values communication, customer service, and integrity, upholding Allied Universal's commitment to a people-first and innovative culture.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.Assist in controlling access to the location by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required.Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations, including evacuations or medical incidents, by following site-specific procedures.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Access control or badge experience is preferred.This is primarily a driving post.A guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.ClosingAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
