Attorney

Tiveron Law is seeking experienced Attorneys to join our ever-growing and thriving team in providing legal services in a variety of practice areas including real estate, corporate and business law, estate planning and elder law, criminal defense, personal injury, matrimonial and family law, medical malpractice, civil litigation, and more.

We are looking for team players who are self-motivated and ready to prosper in a high-volume environment while making their mark in the practice of law.

Responsibilities include:

• Independently manage cases from inception through final disposition
• Consult with prospective clients
• Draft correspondence and legal pleadings
• Identify and research issues of law and fact
• Coordinate with clients and support staff to provide quality representation
• Court appearances

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in NY
• 3 + years’ experience preferred.
• Previous experience in estate planning, trusts, probate and/or elder law desired
• Previous experience in litigation, personal Injury or medical malpractice desired
• Previous experience in matrimonial and family law desired
• Trial experience desired
• Strong work ethic and high-level academic background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a legal team atmosphere, multi-task and manage various types of legal issues
• Ability to learn new technical programs and software
