Responsibilities

• Monitor data flows by reading logs and interpreting error messages. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors that occur in data pipelines.

• Manage EDI transmission by checking and validating documents, address any issues and update mappings in correlating systems.

• Work with enterprise system support teams to communicate issues and collaborate to implement correct solutions.

• Develop fluency in multiple enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Infor, and Shopify to diagnose and resolve transactional discrepancies.

• Produce standardized documentation relating to integration flows and system processes that assist the maintenance of the applications.

• Write scripts in Javascript and Python, as well as SQL statements that resolve technical issues and improve automated processes.


Skills Required

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis

• Basic programming skills

• Familiarity with various logging formats and error messages

• Cloud infrastructure management

• Experience using enterprise applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering, accounting, and operations peers

• Experience with ecommerce, retail, or accounting domains not a requirement, but a plus
