We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our client's legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities litigation and be passionate about advocating for clients in legal disputes.


Responsibilities

- Litigate on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Handle cases in areas such as securities law, personal injury law, environmental law, patent law, workers compensation law, and estate planning

- Assist with legal documentation and filings

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

- Manage client relationships effectively


Experience

- Proven experience in securities litigation associate

- Familiarity with securities law is a must

- 2 years of minimum of experience

- Previous experience working in a law office is preferred
