Prepare detailed financial reports and performance dashboards for manufacturing operations. Conduct variance analysis, explaining deviations from budget related to material, labor, and overhead. Perform capital expenditure analysis, evaluating ROI for new machinery and facility improvements. Analyze inventory valuation, turnover, and obsolescence to optimize working capital. Support strategic decision-making with financial insights into product profitability and operational efficiency. Recommended QualificationsExpertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel Experience with variance analysis and management reporting Ability to analyze large datasets and translate complex financial information into actionable insights Bonus QualificationsExperience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor). Strong understanding of cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with supply chain finance and inventory management best practices. Experience utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for operational data analysis.
