Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and plans to assist clients in selecting the most suitable coverage options.
  • Consult with clients to provide personalized Medicare insurance quotes and recommendations.
  • Maintain active health insurance licenses and stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in person, virtually, and over the phone, ensuring clients feel confident and informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively to meet client needs and company goals.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medicare-related experience in a professional setting.
  • Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to follow policies and safeguard confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Medicare regulations and updates.
