Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions to ensure comfort and cooperation.

Operate ultrasound equipment to capture images of internal organs, tissues, and blood flow, adjusting settings as needed to obtain optimal results.

Analyze images for quality and completeness, ensuring all relevant anatomical structures are visualized and accurately documented.

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret findings and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

Qualification:

Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent credentialing organization.

State licensure or certification as required by regulatory agencies.

RVT - ARDMS registration in Vascular or RVS - ARRT registration in vascular or completion of RVT/RVS within one year of hire.
