This position requires being on-site in SoHo every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards, while developing and executing strategies to support product development, registration, and marketing
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents, maintaining comprehensive regulatory files and databases
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to integrate regulatory considerations into business processes and product development, providing guidance and support to project teams for compliance throughout the product life cycle
  • Regulatory Intelligence: Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements, communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders, and assess the impact of regulatory changes, proposing necessary actions to maintain compliance
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, maintaining positive relationships and representing the company in regulatory interactions, submissions, and audits
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, establishing and maintaining robust regulatory risk management processes


Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines in relation to company product
  • Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Certification in Regulatory Affairs (e.g., RAC) is a plus
  • Local to NYC Area


Compensation: $110-130K
