Senior Accountant

Senior AccountantWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to financial planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A/R, A/P, billing, general ledger, inventory, and cost accountingLead the month-end and year-end close process and ensure timely financial reportingCoordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and present insights to leadershipPrepare and file financial data for regulatory, tax, and licensing complianceMonitor and support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable financial regulationsReconcile accounts payable/receivable, and manage payment cycles to vendors and internal stakeholdersSupport audits and ensure readiness for internal and external financial reviewsProvide financial guidance on cost control, pricing analysis, and margin improvementEvaluate trends and support cross-departmental projects that drive efficiency and reduce costsManage and mentor accounting team members; set goals and streamline processes for better performanceQualifications:Degree in accounting, preferably CPA designation5+ years of experience as an accountant, preferably manufacturing environmentExperience in a supervisory roleExperience with D365 and ERP platformsBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid short- and long-term disabilityLife insurance3 weeks PTO and 9 holidays401k matchYearly performance-based bonusesIf you're interested and serious, please send your confidential resume.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
