Driven by our philosophy that we are all together better, at Sharecare, we are committed to supporting each individual through the lens of their personal health and making high-quality care more accessible and affordable for everyone.The Operations Director has overall responsibility to ensure that Health Data Solutions (HDS) National Region business process, data integrity, overall process and productivity goals are documented and met. The Operations Director will ensure all production activities are strategically organized and focused on achievement of company-wide data and operational goals. The Director will do so with an emphasis on business process optimization and development, work quality, operational efficiency, long and short-term planning, customer-oriented thinking and P&L profitability. The Operations Director will work closely with all levels of operations leadership, as well as the Sales and Client Success teams to achieve these goals.Essential Job Functions:Promote a culture of accountability and operational excellenceLead a team of Operations Managers to achieve goals and objectives quickly, efficiently and profitablyEffectively engage support services (HR, IT, Sales, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignmentCoach and support team members in achieving performance goals while effectively managing and delivering on individual objectives. Understanding how operational performance impacts overall financial goalsReview, analyze, understand and improve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance with respect to revenue, expenses, profits and marginsContinually seek new opportunities to advance HDS market presence through cultivating existing client relationships and assisting in assessing potential growth areasLead successful site implementations of HDS services by coordinating between field and remote teams, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to develop site-specific implementation plansWork with team in the regular evaluation of staff, utilizing established benchmarks for evaluating and improving work quality, work quantity, client satisfaction and employee moraleProvide employees the tools and coaching required for successful execution of their duties. Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are followedQualifications:At least 7-10 years proven success in manager or director level roleExtremely team orientedBachelor's degree required; master's degree strongly preferredPrior experience in release of information or similar operational settingsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is requiredAbility to work well in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlinesSuperior communication skillsSelf-motivatedOutstanding customer service with strong negotiation skillsDetail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential materials and information in a professional mannerUphold patient, employee, and volunteer privacy; comply with HIAA and corporate integrity regulations; maintain current certifications, and report any unethical or unlawful activitySharecare and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
