Your Role as a Caregiver

You’ll play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
  • Administering medication and monitoring clients’ health under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
  • Performing light housekeeping, including laundry and organizing, to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social events, encouraging engagement in their community.
  • Documenting care accurately and communicating changes in clients’ conditions to healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced caregivers who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 3 years of professional caregiving experience, preferably in home care or related fields.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt to each client’s unique needs while building trusting relationships.
  • Physical capability to assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and care teams.
