Must-Haves:

  • At least one year of Pharmacist experience

Day-to-Day:

The role involves evaluating and recommending appropriate medication orders, maintaining patient databases, and ensuring necessary lab tests are ordered and evaluated. It also includes implementing policies for safe drug handling and disposal, maintaining required documentation, and assisting staff with drug-related procedures. The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Pharm D preferred), one year of long-term care experience, necessary licenses/certifications, and being detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and a team player with good oral communication skills.
