We are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join the FireSeeds and Wildsparq team in a part-time capacity. You will provide support in office management, financial operations, and human resources while collaborating closely with our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at detail-oriented tasks and gets satisfaction from supporting others. For this part-time role, you are expected to be in the office five days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Responsibilities


  • Office Management: You will contribute to the smooth operation of our office by handling various tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, managing printing/scanning needs, organizing meetings, coordinating team celebrations, and assisting with other miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Financial Operations: You will assist our VP of Operations in financial tasks, including recording daily checks, processing invoice payments, and supporting payroll operations by generating detailed commission reports, managing reimbursements, facilitating 401k contributions, and more
  • Human Resources: You will play a crucial role in HR operations by managing employee records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes using Isolved, and ensuring smooth HR business operations.
  • Employee Benefits: You will be the point of contact for employee benefits which includes managing our healthcare provider, 401k, long term disability, and other employee benefits
  • Cultural Experience Administration: You will support our CEO and leadership team to run logistics for company events, employee evaluations, dream sessions, and quarterly offsites to enhance our organizational culture
  • Leadership Support: As needed, you will provide support to our CEO, VPs, and Leadership Teams by acting as a liaison for various projects and assignments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Other Duties: You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our business efficiency by offering support to the team as needed, contributing to our overall success.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business background a plus
  • Prior work experience in an office setting preferred
  • Desire for long-term, part-time work
  • Financial acumen with experience in Google Sheets or Excel;
  • Experience in Quickbooks Online is a plus but not required
  • Track record of high follow-through on projects, initiatives, and assignments in prior work settings
  • Passionate about supporting a growing organization and team
  • Works efficiently and effectively through a checklist
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technology skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly
  • Displays optimism; and positivity in all interactions
