Your communication skills need to match your product chops.Our Ideal CandidateYou're a seasoned Product Manager who thrives in complex environments. You know how to prioritize in a sea of competing demands. You have the executive presence to work with enterprise customers, the clarity to align internal teams, and the judgment to know when to say "no" (and how to say it).You've likely worked in a product area that touches user management, permissions, platform architecture, or enterprise IT. You understand corporate technology environments and have a strong grasp of how administration and governance show up in software workflows.Most importantly, you've built and shaped high-performing teams before and know what it takes to keep one aligned and executing in a rapidly evolving environment.ResponsibilitiesComplete customer and user researchContribute to and maintain roadmapsBrainstorm solutions to challenging problems, and discuss proposals and designs for new ideas with cross-functional teamsWrite clear and concise product requirements to capture the vision, goals, success criteria, and key elements of new products and featuresUse data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, track performance, and iterate on solutionsleveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputsUnderstand and deconstruct technical and engineering specific problems; translate them into easy to use solutions for our customersRepresent business goals and solutions; work cross-functionally to solve challenges in product development and arrive at the optimal outcome for the product and our customersCollaborate across many teams at CoLab to communicate product requirements and deliver features, striving for the best customer experience, and with willingness to make smart compromises as necessaryWhat You'll Need:5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareExperience with user management, permissions, security, or platform infrastructureStrong communication and executive presence you can lead conversations with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders alikeProven ability to define product strategy and deliver results with minimal oversightThe Extra Details:Compensation: This is a full-time, permanent position with an attractive compensation package that includes a stock options package.Benefits: This role offers an extended health and benefits package that includes unlimited paid vacation and 5% RRSP matching.Remote/Hybrid Work: Our main office location is in St. John's, NL where we offer hybrid and remote opportunities.
