Detailed Job Description:

  • As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
  • You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.
  • You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
  • You will be part of a learning culture


Senior Consultant

  • Assists an architect with defining user stories and storyboards
  • Guides the team of consultants on Aprisotechnical subjects
  • Enforces best practices and audits the team work
  • Configures and unit tests user stories.
  • Demos the work to Architect and Product owner
  • Packages and deploys finished user stories
  • Supports integration and user acceptance tests


Skills Set & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Required)
  • Masters Degree in related field (Plus)


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of programming experience is a must.
  • 3+ years of Apriso or comparable MES technical implementation experience is a must
  • Knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle databases
  • Knowledge of the following languages
  • -C# or Java
  • -PLSQL (MS SQL Database) or TSQL (Oracle Database)
  • -JavaScript or VBScript/ C# Script
  • -HTML
  • -CSS
  • AJAX, JQuery, JSON knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel - up to 75%


The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel.
  • Experience with project management
  • At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
