With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence.Mease Countryside Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician Operations Supervisor.Position Details:Facility: Mease Countryside HospitalLocation: Safety Harbor, FLStatus: Full TimeShift Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PMWeekend Work: NoneOn Call: NoPharmacy Technician Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:Support in overseeing applicable pharmacy department operationsResponsible for efficient and safe preparation and delivering of medication to support patient care.Provide oversight for Pharmacy Technicians within the department to maintain proper pharmacy operationsServe as a liaison for the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.Facilitate onboarding of new team members and ensure competency of existing team members.Competent working in several areas of the department including inventory management, controlled substance management, and pharmacy technology to serve as a resource to the Pharmacy Team.Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, assist in troubleshooting any issues regarding the pharmacy operations workflow, knowledge in regulatory and quality compliance, and the ability to complete assigned projects and maintain other responsibilities assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor or Pharmacy Manager.Required Qualifications:High School Graduate or Equivalent GEDPharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
