We will give you the time, tools and support necessary for you to properly treat your patients.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist at Harelick Dental Associate, LLC located in Fairhaven, MA. We are looking at someone for one day a week on Wednesdays 10am-8pm. Additional compensation for evening hours. The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing dental care procedures, providing dental prophylaxis, and assisting with periodontal disease management.
Minimum requirements:
- MA Dental Hygiene active licensure
- MA Anesthesia active licensure for hygienists (or willingness to apply immediately)
- Comfort with technology (such as digital x-rays and charting)
- Great personality / "bedside manner"
- Patient focus
Helpful characteristics:
- 3-5+ years of experience
- experience with Dentrix patient management software
- experience with scaling and root planing
- experience and comfort performing periodontal maintenance
- experience with sealant placement
- knowledge and temperament to engage in patient education across the preventative, restorative and surgical spectrum
