We are currently seeking an adept individual to fill a role in financial analysis at a distinguished organization. The successful candidate will contribute to a range of fiscal endeavors and undertakings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the fiscal team in managing financial aspects of business activities and ventures within a diverse portfolio. This includes overseeing accounting processes, budgeting, analytical assessments, and comprehensive reporting. Additionally, ensure the integrity of financial statements and protect assets through vital control procedures.

Job Duties:

• Spearhead the annual budgeting procedure in collaboration with operational leaders to devise robust plans and forecasts for multiple entities.

• Ensure accurate entries in the general ledger, paying particular attention to significant balance sheet items and revenue and expenditure categories across multiple entities on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with operational leaders to facilitate timely closure of monthly accounts, including the preparation of monthly account reconciliations and other financial control measures to uphold the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

• Monitor monthly performance against budget for various entities, covering aspects such as revenue, operational expenditure, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to management reporting and analysis.

• Offer analytical insights and value-added input into a variety of finance-driven process enhancement initiatives and project support as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial, accounting, or business roles, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with practices like budget-to-actual reporting and financial analysis.
