This dynamic role offers multiple flexible scheduling options in a collegial, team-oriented environment across various facilities. The Non-Invasive Cardiologist will deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, including hospital rounding and clinic visits. The role includes participation in one of three employment options: weekend rounding only, a traditional hospital/clinic schedule, or a hospital-only shift-based role. Outpatient care will include walk-in clinics two to three times monthly for the traditional hospital/clinic role. The Cardiologist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of cardiology providers. On-call duties will be responded to on a weekend rotation with telephone and occasional in-person coverage. Candidates must maintain up-to-date certifications and licensing, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Utilization of the electronic medical record system to document patient care will be required. The average patient load will range from 20 to 25 patients per eight-hour clinic day, with participation in hospital rounds on a team responsible for 50 to 60 patients daily. Compliance with all credentialing and institutional policies is essential. New hires must obtain Board Certification within two years of hire.
