Project ManagerSteampunk is seeking a Project Manager who is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
will include team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on prioritizing the backlog, creating release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations, and establishing technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process. This individual will also ensure the team is following, and effective at, Agile scrum processes as well as driving high client satisfaction. QualificationsRequiredAuthorized to work for any U. S. government Public Trust Security Clearance4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches4+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies4+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceAbility to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutionsFlexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and peopleExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsExperience working in a studio / human centered design approachLocal to the Washington, DC Metro areaRequired to be onsite three times per weekPreferredPMP or PMI CAPMCertified Scrum MasterAbout SteampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position. Annual salary is just one aspect of Steampunk's total compensation package for employees.
