Daily Pay

$22/hour - Up to $22 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The CNA will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for our residents.

This position offers several benefits, including overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care.
  • Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as intake and output, food consumption, and other information.
  • Observe residents carefully and report changes as necessary.
  • Provide adequate hydration to residents at regular intervals each day.
  • Assist nursing staff with aseptic and sterile techniques.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Able to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day.
Work Schedule:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours that include days, nights, and weekends.
