○ Work with NSBA staff to identify SBF locations, agenda, technical content, and speakers.

○ Coordinate speakers, facilities, registration, and meals with the hosting entity.

○ Review the technical content to verify it meets continuing education

PowerPoint presentations, handouts, learning objectives, and assessment

questions.

○ Work with NSBA staff to identify appropriate webinar speakers and reviewers,

and conduct presentation reviews and speaker training sessions to ensure

quality of presentations.

○ Moderate live webinars, including the selection of audience questions for the

speaker to answer.

● Coordinate the delivery of two to three day in-person steel bridge design short courses.

● Work with AISC full members to develop processes that enable them to execute their

own local/regional presentations in partnership with the NSBA Bridge Communications Specialist.

● Manage university outreach for steel bridge engineering programs in collaboration with AISC University Relations.

● Coordinate distribution of case studies that demonstrate why structural steel is a competitive option for bridges.

● Coordinate with NSBA staff to educate AISC Full Members about NSBA tools and resources, including hosting quarterly national webinars for AISC Full Members.

● Speak at local and national trade shows as needed, demonstrating NSBA tools and resources, and speaking on the market advantage of using structural steel for bridges.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

● Collaborate with AISC staff in all departments to ensure transparency and efficiency.
