As a Memory Care Director, you will oversee the care of residents with dementia, ensuring their programming needs are met while providing support to families. Your role requires excellent communication and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the lives of residents. Preferred qualifications include a nursing or social science degree and experience with dementia care.

Memory Care Director
  • Preferred licensure in nursing or social science degree i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work.   
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as a vital link between the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, and visitors.  
  • Experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis, understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population. 
  • Serve as a resource and support for family members and friends of residents in the Memory Care Residence

  • Preferred licensure in nursing or social services discipline (LVN, LPN, RN or BSW).
