Sr. Manager Of MarketingThe Sr. Manager of Marketing will provide expertise and leadership in store openings, local marketing, public relations, social media, content creation, and project management. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop campaigns and initiatives that resonate with customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager and proven collaboratorable to get things done without formal authority, working across functions and levels to make things happen.ResponsibilitiesStore Openings & Local MarketingLead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for new store openings, including pre-launch buzz, grand opening events, and post-launch activationDevelop and implement localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific market demographics and community engagement opportunities. Including building relationships with local media, influencers, community organizations, and business partners to drive store awareness and foot traffic.Manage media relationships and secure coverage in local publications, broadcast media, and online platformsSocial Media & Digital ContentCreate engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, stories, and posts that drive engagement and conversionsManage social media calendar, community engagement, and performance analyticsCollaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messagingProject Management ExcellenceDevelop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and success metricsCoordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standardsBrand Standards & Quality ControlEnsure brand integrity across all channels and touchpointsIdentify and recommend improvements in marketing planning and creative production processesChampion and demonstrate commitment to company valuesQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in:Store opening campaigns and local market activationPublic relations and media managementSocial media strategy and content creationProject management and cross-functional coordinationRequired SkillsExpert-level project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)Strong social media expertise across all major platforms with proven track record of engagement growthExcellent content creation and copywriting skillsExperience with PR strategies, media relations, and community engagementProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platformsBudget management and financial acumenProfessional image through in-person and phone interactionExcellent time and calendar management skillsAbility to work in fast-paced and pressured environment while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficientOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work at a computer for an extended period of timePreferred QualificationsExperience with retail store openings or location-based marketingEstablished media contacts and PR networkGraphic design skills or proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteVideo production and editing capabilitiesPMP or similar project management certification
