Role: Workday Integration Expert

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Remote


Your future duties and responsibilities

  • robust integrations between Workday and internal/external applications using Workday Studio, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • proposed or existing integration designs, communicating technical impacts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • comprehensive integration documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and field mappings, to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
  • and optimize the performance of integrations, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
  • thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements and industry standards.
  • updated with the latest Workday features and integration technologies, advocating for and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • years as a Workday Development and Integration Consultant.
  • years integrating Workday with internal systems and third-party service vendors.
  • expertise in Workday Studio.
  • in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, and Hadoop.
  • with Web Services, EDI, XML, XSLT, Java, or .NET integration technologies.
  • to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
  • communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
