Our client, a leading retail conglomerate overseeing a diverse range of lifestyle DTC brands, is on the lookout for a talented Front End Developer with Shopify Plus expertise to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the front-end code for their Shopify stores, blogs, landing pages, and other customer-facing digital platforms.


What You'll Do:


  • Enhance and maintain the performance of their core theme framework for speed and user experience.
  • Efficiently identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
  • Customize and integrate Shopify themes and apps
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem
  • Design and develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid, ensuring accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Focus on using native HTML/CSS solutions, minimizing JavaScript usage where possible.
  • Develop UI components and functionalities using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and marketing teams


Who You Are:


  • Experience with Shopify Theme OS 2.0
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  • Experience with version control systems like GIT and GitHub.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of user experience (UX).
  • Experience with Shopify Apps and API development.
