Inside Sales and Relationship Representative

Reports to: VP of Sales

Hours: Salaried positions hours vary (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Success Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing PEER Customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and quotes via ERP (NetSuite Oracle).
  • Analyze open Sales Orders and establish ship date schedules.
  • Generate 2nd touch follow-ups to customers and leads per day.
  • Analyze stock situations for customers.
  • Generate written correspondence with customers and coworkers.

Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territories and regions.
  • Complete business development calls in the region.
  • Document industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in CRM.
  • Contact and qualify new inbound leads. Use (CRM) software to manage lead referrals and sales activities.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop strategies for exceeding sales targets.
  • Daily Huddle with RSMs on top issues and opportunities.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Must demonstrate professional email communication skills via phone and email.
  • Must demonstrate professional phone and email skills when clarifying orders/quotes with customers.
  • Must create reports to metrics.
  • Comfortable interacting with anyone from a C-Suite to the Shop Floor.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

§ Computer and related databases including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

§ Will be trained on ROI system and ERP/CRM.

§ May occasionally use a company car.
