Calling all inside sales, sales, sourcing and/or recruiters Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your expertise in a new way? Misura Group is a top executive recruitment agency in the building materials industry experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a recruiter to join our fast-paced team in downtown Hudson, WI.


As a recruiter you will contribute to the growth of our business by generating top candidates to be placed in full-time, permanent positions. The roles we work with include General Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level positions for our clients in the building materials, supply chain, and manufacturing industries, with a national reach. This is an opportunity to work in a team environment, leveraging excellent brand recognition in a niche industry. The marketing team will partner with you, providing warm leads and direct sourcing support for every project. Leveraging our database of over 40,000 candidates, your focus will be on building relationships with industry leaders and making placements in upper management and executive-level positions. The right candidate will be highly motivated by incentive-based compensation, with a salary plus commission pay structure.


What you will need to be successful:

  • A minimum of 3 years of inside sales, sourcing, or recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to establish rapport, negotiate, and listen effectively
  • Best practices, processes, and systems mindset with capable organizational skills
  • Collaborative team culture perspective
  • Technically proficient
