Sales Director

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Sales Director to join their Millville, NJ team.

The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and will oversee all sales team functions, including supporting sales strategies development, KPIs, and developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting organizational marketing and sales strategies development
• Creating, communicating, and achieving sales goals
• Providing forecast data and KPIs to management
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both internal and external
• Regularly communicating with customers to better comprehend business objectives/needs
• Identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborating with both engineering and operations to meet customer demands
• Overseeing sales team development
• Determining corrective actions related to customer complaints
• Participating in sales and production scheduling meetings

Skills/ Competencies:

• 10+ years sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office and sales software proficiency

Additional Details:

Salary: to $155k + bonus
