As one of the nation’s leading long-term mental health facilities, Rose Hill Center in Holly, Michigan offers comprehensive psychiatric treatment and residential rehabilitation services for adults, 18 and older, on 400 peaceful and serene acres. We combine our healing, pastoral environment with caring and experienced staff, effective therapeutic modalities including group and individual therapy, and responsible medication management. Rose Hill is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide full-time clinical case management and psychotherapy in our Residential Program.


Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, sensitivity to confidential information, critical thinking, and effective interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services. Duties include:

  • Case Management – provides overall management and direction for the care of a small caseload of residents in the Rose Hill Community.
  • Develop and implement a Person-Centered Plan of Service.
  • Communicate with families, significant others, mental health professionals, and appropriate health care providers to facilitate the resident’s treatment program.
  • Provide psychotherapy to residents on an individual basis.
  • Provide Group Therapy on a weekly on-going basis to the residents.
  • Complete required assessments for residents and update as needed or per schedule.
  • Assist in the medical and pharmacological program for the residents.

  • Education Requirements: State of Michigan licensure required, Master's degree preferred, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or other clinical-based degree program.
