Oasis Senior Advisors of ME, NH and The North Shore, MA team is seeking a 20-hour/week marketing and sales assistant to support our team of three very active full-time advisors. This role is 75% remote and 25% in-person. Ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative, marketing and sales support, we would love to hear from you. 


Job Type

Part-time (occasional in-person meetings required in territory: Portland, ME - Beverly, MA - Manchester, NH)


Responsibilities

•Assist three (3) senior living advisors with communication with existing and new clients and senior living community contacts

•Maintain accuracy of information in proprietary database for our referral partners and senior living partners in ME, NH and MA.

•Database management

•Assist with the development and inventory of digital and print marketing collateral and content (e.g. PowerPoint, newsletters, emails, social media, website content)

•Operations support - creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes.

•Coordinate and design business development initiatives for referral partners

•Communication with referral sources to further develop relationships 

•Assist with accounts payable/receivable/expense reporting

•Perform other related duties as assigned.


Ideal Experience

•Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize work; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint.  

•Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, phone and internet access required.

•Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

•Healthcare/senior living industry experience preferred. 

•Sales & Marketing experience preferred. 

 

Compensation

•$30 - $34 based on experience; Mileage reimbursement provided for all required transportation.


Schedule

•20 hours per week; Ideally 4hrs/5 days per week but flexible. 

•Ability to complete work, communicate via email, have Zoom meetings etc. during business hours Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM)


Physical

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
