This Community Medical Center boasts 300 beds and oversees roughly 10,000 surgeries annually, including joint replacements, vascular surgeries, and obstetrics. The Surgical Services Assistant Nurse Manager will report directly to the CNOR Manager, who in turn reports directly to the Perioperative Director. This role will oversee up to 30 direct reports and work closely with a highly skilled team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and exceptional surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

As the Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you will manage a fast-paced unit renowned for its advanced technology and high surgical volume. The unit's atmosphere is both professional and collaborative, with an emphasis on teamwork. You'll collaborate with excellent MDs and lead a dedicated team of OR nurses and techs to support patient-centered care.

The Surgical Services Assistant Nurse Manager will focus on staff development, ensuring clinical competencies and fostering a culture of excellence in surgical care. On the administrative side, the ANM will assist with budgeting, staffing, and working closely with physicians to optimize department operations and patient satisfaction.
