Senior Program ManagerThe Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for a local contract in Washington, DC. Will be subject to a background check prior to employment.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides management, organizational, and business improvement services to include visioning, business strategy planning, information strategy planning, quality management, organizational design/efficiency, business analyses, and business transformation.Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish program priorities, allocate resources, and monitor outcomes.Provide oversight of budgets, schedules, and risk management for multiple concurrent programs.Represent the organization in high-level interagency coordination, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefings.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree.If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience.Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience.Professional certification (PMP) may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.Ten (10) years of project management experience.Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects or programs.Strong leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.Pay: $70/hour.How To Apply: If interested in this opportunity, please apply on our website by visiting https://theexcaliburgroup.com/careers/.Hours of Operation: Mon.
