HVAC ForemanAs an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foreman- primarily new residential construction.Responsibilities:Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codesIdentify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projectsTake necessary corrective action to fix these problemsMake decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job qualityManage multiple projects simultaneouslyBuild and maintain project schedules and meet deadlinesRead blueprintsComplete quality control sheetsQualifications:Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your teamAbility to produce quality workExcellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managersKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.Ability to follow directionsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseStrong work ethic that you display dailyAbility to read blueprintsAbility to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and an occasional SaturdayRelevant HVAC experience is a plusWhy work for Kimbel Mechanical?Kimbel Mechanical Systems, LLC is Arkansas' largest mechanical contractor performing work nationwide.
