Role Description:

As Product Manager of our software division, you will champion our mission to develop and deploy innovative software solutions that enhance our leadership position in protective coatings and detailing. This critical role demands a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of the SaaS landscape, an ability to foster synergetic relationships both internally and externally, and a demonstrated history of driving product vision from conceptualization to market leadership.


Responsibilities

- Lead the Product Management division, setting strategic direction, prioritizing product

development, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

- Cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, and inclusivity within the team, encouraging

collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous learning.

- Engage closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure

- Drive the division's P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through astute business

acumen and resource management.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development, project management,

and quality assurance within the product management division.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable leadership experience in a high-growth software-oriented environment.

- A strong foundation in product management, with a track record of successful product

launches and market penetration strategies.

- Technical proficiency, with a good understanding of software development, especially in

JavaScript, Python, and various operating systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams

towards a common vision.

- Strong organizational capabilities, with a methodical approach to planning, execution, and

problem-solving.
