Senior Manager, Commercial InsuranceChubb is seeking a Senior Manager within Commercial Insurance (CI), one of our largest business divisions. This role is a diverse accounting and finance position and will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting across the division. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with leaders across finance and business units to drive results and ensure delivery of business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the forecast, annual plan and strategic planning processes translating top-down assumptions into actionable business plansOwn all aspects of planning and reporting for one of our product lines, and work directly with the product owner to assist in meeting their business and operational goalsAnalyze monthly results and metrics (activity levels, revenue, KPIs, etc.) and oversee the preparation of monthly reporting packagesPrepare quarterly results presentations for our product and industry leadersAutomate processes and identify opportunities for efficiency across the groupWork with internal developers to create and enhance Qliksense business intelligence dashboards in support of key initiativesIdentify data quality issues and partner with IT and operations to remediate the issuesSupport the ad hoc data and reporting needs of our senior leadersQualifications:Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with effective communication to team members and business partnersAbility to lead others, manage multiple projects and priorities, and take ownership to meet deadlinesDemonstrated commitment to results, execution, and attention to detailGenuine willingness to continuously develop insurance and product knowledgeDesire to evolve processes, build new tools, and create analytics that enable leaders to more effectively manage their businessesExpert knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Qliksense, Tableau, etc.)Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferredMBA, CPA, or CMA a plusMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting, financial analysis or auditing roleP&C Insurance accounting and/or understanding of insurance financial concepts preferredThe pay range for the role is $82,000 to $139,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
