Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesThe Dementia Program Director develops and maintains a program that encompasses dementia patients' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, and intellectual needs.* Assess each patient and develop programming that maximizes their abilities and provides contentment, enjoyment, and positive self-esteem.
