Material HandlerAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Material Handler for a t-shirt company based on Clements Ferry in Charleston, SC. In this role, youll play a key part in the supply chain process, ensuring the efficient movement, organization, and handling of inventory through the distribution center.Pay Rate: $17.00 to $18.00 per hourSchedule and Hours:1st shift: 6:00 am until 2:00 pm, 6:30 am until 2:30 pm2nd shift: 2:30 pm until 10:30 pm3rd shift: 10:30 pm until 6:30 amMaterial Handler Duties and ResponsibilitiesFold, tag, attach size strips, apply hangers, and repackage merchandiseScan, label, restock, and build boxes for shipmentBuild pallets and unload cases from conveyorsRepackage cases and scan items for accurate trackingPlace repackaged cases onto the conveyor systemMaterial Handler Qualifications and RequirementsAbility to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
