You will be responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, including planning & forecasting, supporting key strategic initiatives, and overseeing activities that drive organizational growth. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead change and cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise. Additionally, you will:Construct comprehensive financial models, investment analyses and business cases to support strategic decision making and growth initiativesEvaluate growth & ROI opportunities, provide insights and present recommendations to finance leadership and/or business partnersCreate and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessmentsDevelop strong partnerships with teams across the organization to enhance cross-functional alignment and drive accountabilitySupport core financial planning and reporting activitiesThis role is work at home flexible. Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours.Required Qualifications:5+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance experience5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint3+ years financial scenario, ROI and/or M&A modeling experiencePreferred Qualifications:Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-endExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence othersAble to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environmentHealthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care Industry Experience a plusDigital or technology-centric product start-up experience a plusEducation:Bachelors or equivalent work experience requiredAdvanced degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferredAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00Our people fuel our future.
