Seeking a Construction Foreman to come on board one of the most respected and well-renowned general contractors in New England.


The ideal incividual will be able to manage sub-contractors while also being able to put the "hammer in hand" to get the job done, and is will not shy away from a challenge.


This role is 5 days a week onsite a commercial interior renovation project in Cranston, RI.

Company has an outstanding track-record, and has an immense pipeline of work spanning years into the future. This is a career move not a project role.


Title: Foreman

Location: Cranston, Rhode Island

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractor work and relations on the job-site
  • Working onsite in several capacities to ensure quality of work
  • Learning and understanding the "ins and outs" of bringing a commercial interiors project to fruition
  • Performing hands-on construction tasks


Qualifications:

  • Commercial interiors Construction experience
  • OSHA10/OSHA30
  • Extremely strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to be agile on a job site
