Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add one or more team members.Duties & Responsibilities:Work in consumers' homes to transform their kitchenFollow the instructions of the lead installerKeep the work area clean and orderly and clean up dailyKeep tools, materials and work vehicles clean and organizedDo basic carpentry (i.e.: measure, drill holes, hang doors, etc.)Paint cabinet boxes, molding, etc. in homes when necessaryAdditional Responsibilities:Able to safely operate power hand toolsAbility to work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethicExcellent attention to detail and must take personal pride in a job well done the first timeMust be able to interact with our customers on a professional and friendly levelArrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing.Requirements:Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County, and New Haven CountyMust have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks requiredMust be able to pass a criminal background checkWhy Work for Kitchen Tune-Up:Rapid growth in the market.Growth opportunities available.Competitive pay.Consistent hours.Systems and processes in place.Ongoing training and coaching provided.Kitchen Tune-Up is a national franchise system specializing in 1-5 day kitchen updates.
