An employer is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager II to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and working to assist with a large industrial expansion of warehouse facilities that include cold storage. In order to be successful on this team you must have hands on experience managing projects in at least 2 of the following disciplines: healthcare, industrial, technical or commercial. Any prior experience working on construction projects involving cold storage will help you be successful on this team. Prior MEP experience, and a focus on MEP will help you succeed on this team.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience (must be commercial or industrial)
  • Background within MEP
  • Ability to travel within Florida
  • Ability to manage team members associated with said construction project.
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Experience with Procore
  • Hands on experience working within at least 2 of the following industries: healthcare, industrial, technical, commercial


Pluses:

  • Cold storage construction experience
