As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to support our Plumbing Service Manager and help lead the service department to continued success.The Plumbing Field Service Manager plays a key support role in overseeing day-to-day field operations. This position works closely with and reports to the Plumbing Service Managerassisting in leadership, training, workflow coordination, and performance management for plumbing technicians. The ideal candidate has strong field experience and a passion for developing others while driving efficiency and exceptional customer service.Key responsibilities include:Support the Plumbing Service Manager in daily operational oversight of the plumbing service departmentProvide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to field technicians to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfactionAssist in onboarding new technicians and supporting ongoing training initiativesConduct field evaluations, ride-alongs, safety audits, and quality control checksPartner with dispatch to assign workloads, optimize routes, and support schedule efficiencyTrack key performance metrics and report field updates to the Plumbing Service ManagerAssist in handling escalated customer concerns or job issues to ensure timely resolutionHelp ensure compliance with safety regulations, code requirements, and company policiesMaintain accurate records, job documentation, and system updatesQualifications:Journeyman plumbing license or equivalent required 35+ years of plumbing industry experience (service preferred) Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to use field service technology, tablets, and scheduling softwareWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesCompany vehicle, phone, and tabletHealth, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsPaid holidays and PTOOngoing professional development and advancement opportunitiesA supportive, team-oriented work environment
