Role Description

This full-time role as a Technology and Consumer Service Specialist at GeekHampton requires providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technology issues, assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries, providing on-site and in-store tutoring, and ensuring a delightful customer experience. This is an on-site role located in Sag Harbor, NY.
